the hotel is like a cowshed! Scammers and unfriendly staff! I booked a room for 4 nights and next day I have 2 left the hotel because the room in the basement totally smelled, but the scammers have not returned my remaining money until now

There is a good and cozy hotel with two great staff ms.toba and ms.eron I am really happy to see them becuase they help me and cuase good experince in this hotel for me🌷 this hotel is near taksim and istiklal

we asked tugba multiple times if it would be an issue to have rooms with twin beds and she assured us it won’t be an issue then when we arrived she gave us 1 room with twin beds and the other were the economy bedrooms, a tiny room with a big bed no place for luggage. We stated that this wasn’t the room we booked , we booked standard double rooms , and they didn’t care enough. Then we asked for a duvet , they simply said “why do you want a cover? Just turn off the ac” then they gave us bed sheets and claimed that these are duvets! The following day they asked one of us to leave her room and give her another smaller one as there’s another booking. Lastly, when we left, they sent booking.com that we cancelled the reservation to prevent us from writing the review. Also they stated that it’s okay to have a kettle in the room , then at the hotel they told us no it is very dangerous

The worst room I have ever seen is located in this hotel. I paid for a single room but they forced me to accept an extremely small room which had a large bed: A Cage named "ecconomy double". There was no place to put my luggage. The table was dirty and they left the remainder of soap and garbage in the bathroom. There was no Bathroom sink cover and it was disgusting. I have to mention that They had a well-mannered hotelclerck . I forget his name but I guess he was afghan and he was a gentleman. The air conditioning was also acceptable.

The hotel was really good, very close to all important places : istiklal avenue, taksim Square, hus stations, metro stations as well as to galata tower. As of the staff, they were all very nice, especially tuba, she provided us with all needed informations, gave us multiple advices on turkey tours ; bursa and bosphorus tours .. was very kind to change our room when we requested to and was always there for us during our stay. Other staff members were also kind to provide us with turkish tea whenever we felt like it. We stayed there for a week and we really enjoyed every minute of this trip, thanks to tuba and thanks to taksim trust hotel !!
